Snack Bar, Petting Zoo, Pumpkins, Inflatable Rides & Slides, Mechanical Kiddie Rides, Games, Face Painting, And MORE!

FOOD & DRINKS

We have Water, Soda and Snacks available for purchase.  Outside food, snacks and beverages are NOT allowed at the The Pumpkin Factory. Coolers are not permitted. All belongings are subject to inspection before entering the The Pumpkin Factory.

SMOKING

The Pumpkin Factory is a non-smoking, non-vape event.

UNACCOMPANIED MINORS

Visitors 15 and younger need to be accompanied by an adult to enter The Pumpkin Factory.

ANIMALS

Dogs are NOT allowed at The Pumpkin Factory. Service Animals must be kept on a leash at all times. The animals in the Petting Zoo may jump or bite. Enter at your own risk.  Remember these are animals and please be respectful.

LOST & FOUND

Any items found on the farm will be taken to the General Store. To inquire about lost items please e-mail info@thepumpkinfactory.com with a detailed description and we will do our best to locate them.

We are not fully ADA compliant but are working towards being fully ADA compliant.

FIRST AID

Located at the Main Ticket Booth near the Entrance.

LOST CHILDREN

Please report missing children to the “Main Ticket Booth” near the entrance of The Pumpkin Factory. Found children will be escorted to the Main Entrance Manager.

WE ACCEPT

NOTE: We only accept Smart Cards (chip enabled) or Apple Pay. Sorry, we do not accept magnetic strip swipe cards.  

PROHIBITED ITEMS

* Guns, knives, stun-guns, tasers, mace, pepper spray, tear gas or any other firearms or weapons, regardless of whether the guest holds a concealed weapons permit.
* Narcotics or other illegal substances
* Cans or glass bottles
* Clothing or exposed tattoos that are indecent
* Outside alcohol
* Photography Tripods
* Drones or remote controlled surveillance devices

ANY DANGEROUS, UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED ITEMS THAT ARE SURRENDERED AT THE GATE WILL NOT BE RETURNED. PLEASE LEAVE THESE ITEMS AT HOME.

These events are being filmed and photographed. Your entry beyond this point constitutes your consent to be filmed and/or photographed and your likeness to be reproduced in productions relating to The Pumpkin Factory in perpetuity.

Visitors to The Pumpkin Factory voluntarily assume all risks and danger incidental to any event and/or attraction and waives all claims against the event sponsor and the owner of the facility.

Prices and availability for admission, rides, attractions, wristbands and other items for sale at The Pumpkin Factory are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed. While we strive for accuracy, errors can happen. We reserve the right to make any corrections to prices quoted due to clerical errors or errors of omission. In the event of an incorrect price we will post an update on our website and social media.

The Pumpkin Factory has a strict NO REFUNDS policy for admission and attraction tickets. Please review our pricing and policies before making any purchases. If you experience any problems with purchases made at The Pumpkin Factory please bring them to the attention of Guest Services before leaving the farm.
